Note on Flooring - Before we lay any floors, wait until we have sign-off from plumber. We have another sewage line leak under the house that may require disturbance to floors. Lay floors first in guest bathroom to try to complete that bathroom first so Rich/Carrie can live in it

Note on Drywall - Before closing up walls with drywall board, lets get Internet turned on. Rich to coordinate that with Verizon. Preference will be for modem to be in the office, but I don't think there is a modem connection there, so it might have to be in the closet

Refinish Tub. Vanity to arrive Jan 13 between 7-11 a.m. Do a dry fit or measurement of the vanity to salvage the mirror. Rich may add trim around the mirror or we may decide to remove and replace. 

Plumbing for Vanity should be in the middle of the 66 inch alcove. Move connections as required. Carrie to supply the facet on 17Jan

Kitchen

Appliances on order from Samsung. Will be delivered  20Jan. Rich will likely be there for delivery. If not, Rich coordinate delivery if we are not there. Will need to store in garage. Don't damage the Tesla

Drop ceiling in witches tit down to kitchen-level. Add LED canned lights as appropriate. Use existing bulbs until you run out. Rich will add missing bulbs.

Internal Doors- Carrie will get the paint at Sherwin Williams, registering it on Wes's account. When Wes is ready to paint, he will use this youtube video before beginning to paint. Carrie and Rich will acquire and deliver all new hardware. If we're in town at this stage, Rich will attached all the new hardware.
